Demo Day

Demo Day is an annual virtual investment event for 9 companies Icehouse Ventures is investing in to present to our investor network. Investors are given the opportunity to listen to all of the pitches upfront then are able to choose two companies to join for a 30 min Q+A session.

Investors are able to invest in a “fund” which will invest in equal proportions in all of the companies that are succesful in their capital raises from the event.

Demo Day has proven over time to be a successful vehicle for entrepreneurs to raise capital in a streamlined way from a large audience of qualified investors.

The Demo Day Fund enables investors to build a portfolio of the most well-supported of the 2021 Icehouse Ventures Demo Day companies. By investing a minimum of $20k, investors can passively invest alongside lead investors into a spread of six or more of the Demo Day startups that meet the fund's three hard criteria.
