This year, Icehouse Ventures' funds invested in 15 new companies (or companies new to Icehouse Ventures).
26.67% of the new Icehouse Ventures fund investments were into women-led companies, 13.33% mixed-gender teams, and the remaining 60% were men-led.
Companies include medtech company Alimetry, AI-powered security platform Watchful, alt-protein startup Leaft Foods, and from the team that previously scaled Movio into a global tech leader, DevRamp.

Notably, Pie Funds & Simplicity each invested $10m in GFII, alongside Generate KiwiSaver's cornerstone investment, marking the first VC fund to be backed by three KiwiSaver Schemes.
With investment from Harbour Asset Management, Sir Stephen Tindall, and 588 investors, GFII is now oversubscribed at $110m, ahead of its close on December 31st.
